Schedule Counseling

Please use this form if you are ready to begin biblical counseling with Restored Counsel and would like to request an appointment.

After you submit this form, I will review your information, look at available appointment times, and follow up with you. As the process develops, you may also receive a secure link to complete a more detailed intake form before our first session.

In most cases, the process looks like this:

You submit this request form with your basic information and availability.
I review your information and compare it with current calendar openings.
We confirm a date and time for your first session (usually a longer intake session).
You receive any necessary intake links or paperwork to complete ahead of time.

Fees & payment. Restored Counsel provides biblical counseling on a fee basis. When we confirm an appointment time, you will be asked to place a valid credit or debit card on file. Your card will not be charged when you schedule or confirm your session—it simply reserves your appointment and allows for simple, secure billing. Your session will only be charged after the counseling appointment is completed, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If cost is a concern, please let me know when I follow up so we can discuss possible options.

Standard session fees. Unless we agree otherwise in advance, the standard fees for Restored Counsel are: 90-minute intake session (individual or couple): $90; 60-minute individual follow-up session: $60; and 60-minute couple follow-up session: $75.

I kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment whenever possible. Short-notice cancellations or missed appointments may be billed in line with the counseling agreement you will receive before your first session.

I typically respond to new requests within 24–48 hours on regular ministry days.

Most sessions are held online through secure video, but in-person meetings may be available in certain cases.

Below are current 60-minute and 90-minute time slots that are typically open over the next few weeks. For first-time counseling sessions, I normally use a 90-minute intake so we have enough time to hear your story and not feel rushed. You are welcome to choose a standard 60-minute slot if you are already in ongoing counseling. Please choose a date and time that would work well for you. I will review your request and confirm a time as soon as I am able.
